Second wardrobe we have had installed by Flexi. In both cases wer have used Colin Robertson for the design. Colin's attention to detail plus knowledge of what will and won't work is outstanding. He turns up for appointments on time as promised. The actual installation was conducted ahead of estimated time which was fantastic. The installer arrived at the arranged time, was clean and tidy and everything went like clockwork. The team at Flexi Renovations Group have been excellent and we cannot recommend them highly enough. From the onset, we worked with the design team (Richard and Colin), who were extremely knowledgeable. Richard has an absolute flair for understanding your requirements, budget and desires. Everyone in the office especially Donna was extremely courteous, nothing was too much trouble. Flexi provided our kitchen, scullery, laundry, garage and bedroom cabinetry. We did change our minds a lot when it came to making selections concerning the design, colours, lighting and splashbacks. Moreso, when the ban on engineered stone hit, but these issues were always handled in a most friendly and helpful manner. Cosentino Stone, Wangara were a great source of knowledge and assisted us in choosing our stone. The whole installation went like a dream including the delivery, cutting and fitting of the stone, which was completed with the minimum of fuss in a very rural off-road area. The Production Manager, Glenn and his team were first class. As our house build has taken some time to come to fruition and cabinets had to be altered due to a number of external errors and whiteware fit, consequently the installation could not take place in one visit, but once again Glenn and his installers Dave & Co did a first-class job, even though they had to return several times, due to errors caused by other trades not associated with Flexi. Donna on the front desk, though extremely busy, was always at the end of the phone to assist or find the right person to answer any questions posed! Finally, the associated trades, recommended for stone supply (Cosentino) and cutting/installation (Master Tops) were outstanding and worked extremely well alongside the team at Flexi. I would highly recommend Flexi to anyone who wishes to get new cabinetry. Thank you so much to everyone involved in our journey. We can wholeheartedly recommend Flexi to anyone. From start to finish the service from the team at the Joondalup showroom was excellent. From the design (Paul was professional and a pleasure to work with - he listened and was patient with our many questions and requested changes) to installation (the installers worked hard and took care with our newly polished floor. We always get what we want!We used Flexi 5 years ago for a built in study and shelving and 3years ago on some kitchen additions and recently on laundry currently in process on doing another project with Flexi. We have been very happy with each and every project carried out by Flexi team- looks seamless like it was meant to be there. Flexi designed and installed a home office fitout for us. We found the design service very good, with Paul coming out to our house a couple of times and working through with us exactly what we wanted and how to best fit the cupboards, drawers, open shelving and built in desk into our home office. The installation was done in 1 day and was done professionally and well. We are delighted with both the look and functionality of our new home office and we found the cost to be reasonable. WALK IN ROBE RENOVATION We recently had our large walk in robe renovation installed by Flexi. And we are in love!! From the first phone call to meeting Kevin who helped us design and utilise all the wasted space, we now have an amazing functional walk in robe. Everyone we spoke to when dealing with Flex were helpful and friendly. The installers on the day came prompty at 7am as expected and they were fantastic guys with their workmanship. We did get a couple of other quotes and whilst Flex might not be the cheapest and we had to wait 2 months for the installation, we were very happy with everything and knowing it is made in WA was another factor. Stylish and functional. I recently had a walk-in wardrobe and kitchen cabinet installed by Flexi. The designer, Ross, did an excellent job creating a stylish and functional wardrobe with a combination of hanging areas, multiple slim drawers for clothes, jewellery and accessories and a shoe display cupboard and a further mirrored cupboard. It fits in beautifully with the house design. The Kitchen cabinet incorporates a wine cellar and display shelves for glassware. It fits perfectly with the rest of the kitchen and looks part of the original design. Both items have multiple LED lighting features. I had to wait several months for installation but when the day arrived the installation was very professional and trouble free. Well done Flexi! - 12/03/2023

Tricky room, excellent result We recently had our dream kitchen designed and manufactured by Ross Grida and the team at Flexi. The range on offer enabled us to find a quality product that we could squeeze into our budget. We had a weird shaped room that wasn’t really able to be upgraded without some structural work being done, so the partnership they have with Scope was what sealed the deal for us. Craig Teede was our project manager and having him co-ordinate all the trades meant everything was kept on track. Communication with both Ross and Craig was easy with both of them being easy to reach to troubleshoot any issues or ask questions. Great work Flexi Team! Our experience with Flexi in designing and installing our updated kitchen was first class. Richard led the design and his ideas and patience were the key reason for choosing Flexi including changing the bench height and replacing the windows. Craig managed the installation and we were pleasantly surprised at the pre-installation meeting when he presented a day-by-day project plan covering all aspects of the installation and the tradespeople we could expect. This provided a high level of confidence in the quality and care we would receive. Then we were able to get the same functionality (2 workstations and plenty of storage) into what used to be a blank alcove space! Easy too! So much better use of the spaces. Amazing Service We were desperately in need of built in wardrobes and a large dining/buffet system after purchasing our “new” 1930’s home.
